The investee presents his project to the Musharaqah team, the project undergoes an initial evaluation by the team, after the decision to put up the project, the investor's interest is expected to follow

After the investor's declaration of interest, the project undergoes comprehensive sectoral, financial, legal and investment due diligence
Shares valuation
Calculation of the current value of the business - contribution from the applicant and the required investment - contribution from the investor, a musharakah contract is agreed upon, specifying the terms of co-operation and exit strategy
Musharaqah agreement
Reaching an agreement, establishment of a holding company in the UAE with equity participation of all parties, transfer of ownership of the applicant's business to this holding company
